Considering a digital detox to ring in 2017, but not sure where to start? Fast Company made a printable — yes, on paper — guide to get you started.

One great tip comes from Levi Felix, founder of Digital Detox retreats, who suggests that you “make a 4-inch frame with your fingers and internalize the world through this new lens. Then draw it or write it.” Instead of trying to figure out the perfect caption for an Instagram post, you’ll be able to remember and reflect on the moment more meaningfully.
