Pat Wadors is the chief talent officer at ServiceNow. Since joining ServiceNow in 2017, Pat has drawn on her extensive experience creating people-first cultures to bring to life ServiceNow’s company purpose – to make the world of work, work better for people.  Pat’s task is to support a fast-growing employee base and one of the ways she is doing this is by embracing diversity, inclusion and belonging, and passionately promoting how critical employees are to the company’s success. Throughout her career, Pat has focused on creating high-performing, healthy companies that scale and she believes that the employee experience should be as great as the customer experience.  This is especially critical given how difficult it is to retain and recruit top talent today.
