Nicole Bendaly is an author and President of K&Co., a firm that has been helping organizations bring out the best of their people for over 30 years. Nicole’s research in organizational behavior began almost 20 years ago and she now focuses her work on understanding the factors critical to high performance healthcare teams and leaders. She applies her knowledge and experience to the development of learning solutions and assessment tools, a number of which are being used in over 200 organizations across North America to successfully change how people work together to for the better.
Nicole is a dynamic speaker and facilitator on various topics impacting organizational performance, all of which help people to tap into the best of themselves and those they work with.
Nicole is the co-author of Improving Healthcare Team Performance: The 7 Requirements for Excellence in Patient Care, a book that is required at a number of Universities. Nicole’s work in affecting culture change has also been published in the peer-reviewed Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology of Canada, and The Journal of Interprofessional Practice.
Nicole is passionate about education and early childhood development; she is the Chair of the Lakefield College School Board and a member of the Hanen Center’s Board of Directors, a not-for profit that supports parents and speech pathologists in developing language and literacy skills in preschool children.
