Serving as a startup board member since 2016, Mollie has successfully advised founders through multiple funding rounds & milestones from MVP stage - Series B. In 2019, Mollie launched Fehlig Advisory fully dedicated to advising female founders.
Beginning in 2005, Mollie held regional COO positions at global investment banks for almost 15 years. As the right-hand woman to Wall Street’s top executives for many years, Mollie brings invaluable insights on managing complex businesses and excels at delivering customized solutions to successfully manage a company. With extensive capital markets leadership experience, Mollie brings expertise in forming business and financial strategies, evaluating risk, modeling financial projections, assessing capital performance and constantly evaluating organizational needs.
Mollie launched Fehlig Advisory to provide ongoing business support to the clients who inspire her. Mollie has also been strongly inspired and supported by her ongoing yoga practice. In her free time, you can find Mollie either on the yoga mat or being walked around NYC by her King Charles Cavalier puppy, Maitri.
Mollie holds two bachelor degrees from Vanderbilt University in Economics & Human and Organizational Development where she graduated in 3 years with magna cum laude distinction. Mollie is a 2020 candidate for a specialization in Entrepreneurship from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton.
