From Wall Street to Fortune 500 titans in the Twin Cities, Megan Trice spent over a decade leading companies to more profitable futures.  She began her career as a maven of finance working on Wall Street.  After attending Harvard Business School, Megan joined General Mills, where she led the turnaround of several brands that were declining before her arrival. Her next role took her to Target where she continued to lead teams through difficult problems and took on some of Target’s largest negotiations.

In 2018, Megan left the corporate world and co-founded Empower Equity Partners, whose mission is to help women dream big and build transformational skills to unlock growth.  She coaches and invests in female founders and has served as an interim executive at several start-ups, including The Coven and Louise Gray.  She writes and speaks about Empowered Leadership, hoping to inspire a new wave of leaders who will empower others and do more good in the world.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
