Katie is the Founder of Peace Love and Birth. She left her stressful job as a fashion buyer in 2017 to focus on women's wellness during pregnancy and create more balance in her own life. Since then she has helped lots of couples prepare for a positive and empowering birth experience with Hypnobirthing. In addition to this, she also teaches pregnancy yoga and also hosts her Ten Moons holistic pregnancy retreats in East London. She passionately believes that we need to do more as a society to support women during pregnancy, birth and in the 4th trimester.
