Betty Ng is a tech and media entrepreneur, bestselling author, trainer, professional speaker, consultant, and thought leader.
She is the founder and CEO of Inspiring Diversity, LLC (“iD”), which provides organizations, educators, and families with FASST (frameworks, assessments, systems, storytelling, and training) solutions for building inclusive and high-performing culture. She is also a co-founder of TAIQ, which empowers people globally to think, act, and interact inclusively.
Clients include household names such as Intel, S&P Global, American Express, Thomson Reuters, the American Red Cross, United States Military Academy (West Point), and the Marsh & McLennan Companies.
Prior to founding iD, Betty was a Senior Vice President in Moody’s Corporate Development group as well a Director of Finance/M&A & VP of Corporate Strategy & M&A for Citigroup.
Betty Ng is the author of “PO-LING POWER™: Propelling Yourself and Others to Success”, which she wrote with her mother (Po-Ling). She has worked with her children on a bestselling and award winning series of children’s books titled "The Persevering Penguins & Pals" that accompany the themes of her business book.
Betty holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and a B.A. in Economics with honors from Stanford University.
