Ayoboni works as an investment manager in Lagos, Nigeria. She has several years of experience developing and executing private capital strategies, including deal sourcing, investment appraisal, project finance, monitoring and value addition, for institutional investors and individuals/entrepreneurs. She has also helped SMEs raise capital.
She is a CFA charterholder with a B.Sc in Economics from Covenant University (Nigeria), and considers getting an MA (International Economics and African Studies) degree from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) to be one of the best things she recently did for herself.
She writes about investing, organisational behaviour, governance, leadership and other interests. Her work targets business/investment activities for social progress/inclusive growth.
