I am a Licensed Psychologist in private practice in the province of New Brunswick, Canada.
My mantra is 'going along with the flow' using cognitive behaviour therapy, motivational enhancement therapy and mindfulness for stress and anxiety management.
Additionally, I use the Bihar School of Yoga (Munger, India) teachings, where I learned centuries-old mindfulness techniques to adopt a yogic lifestyle.
For me, mindfulness focuses on the present, while the past is a closed book for reference purposes. This belief resonated very well with my incarcerated client; self-empowerment and living each day to the fullest.
Life brings unplanned changes; for me, a new career of providing therapy through my writings. With each article/ illustration, I get the joy and satisfaction of facilitating wellness and mental wellbeing, thereby creating a ray of light for my dark moments.
