Based out of Detroit, Michigan, Adam Parker is a young professional in the financial planning field. After graduating with a degree in Economics, he quickly found a job as an associate financial planner and has been learning as much as he can about the finance industry. When he isn't working, Adam loves to get out into his city and learn his neighbor's stories. From there, he enjoys writing what he learns, documenting the people that help shape Detroit, improving it's reputation and remaking it the legendary city of the past. Adam specifically likes to write about local business leaders who have made it their personal mission for Detroit to succeed alongside them.

“People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.”
- MARCUS AURELIUS
