Ann Park, M.D. is a coach and psychiatrist who specializes in working with women. She helps her clients be their best professionally and personally. Ann blends cognitive therapy, coaching, and psychiatric expertise to offer her clients a uniquely holistic approach.  She helps her clients manage stress and anxiety, integrate balance into their lives, and navigate their most important relationships. Ann completed her undergraduate degree at Duke University, medical degree at Emory University medical school, and psychiatry residency at the Weill Cornell Medical Center, where she was also Chief Resident. She subsequently did a specialty fellowship in the biology of mood disorders at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York city. Furthering her integrative approach, Ann is certified in the Science of Happiness through the UC-Berkeley Greater Good Science Center and studies the practice of mindfulness through the Mindful Awareness Research Center at UCLA. Her work has been featured on Goop, WorkingMother, BlogHer, and Good Morning America.
