Do you realise your worth?

The Thrive Global Community welcomes voices from many spheres. We publish pieces written by outside contributors with a wide range of opinions, which don’t necessarily reflect our own. Community stories are not commissioned by our editorial team, and though they are reviewed for adherence to our guidelines, they are submitted in their final form to our open platform. You are just amazing!!.. How many times have people told you this? Maybe when you help them with something or accomplished something the other person didn’t. It sounds great right? But how many times have you said this to yourself?

Most of the times, we are so busy appreciating others, that we forget our own achievements. We never compliment ourselves. We don’t acknowledge the hurdles that we have crossed in life.

Everyone has their own life with their own set of hurdles which they need to overcome. Don’t ever compare yourself with others. You may think how well established your school mate or college mate is, but what you forget is their path of life is different as compared to yours. Be confident that whatever you have done so far is what is best for you.

I don’t say we shouldn’t aspire to become like someone, but we should just try and do our best. In the end, what we achieve is what we deserved and we should learn to be satisfied with it. We should be sure that we have put in our 100% and this is what is best for us as our path of life may not always lead us to that of our role model.

Each one of us are unique in the best possible way, so start loving yourself and the problems of life will seem to vanish.

Be who YOU are. YOU are the best version of yourself and YOU are amazing.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
