Chris Mills is responsible for leading Thrive Global’s go-to-market team including customer success, sales, business development and marketing. Before joining Thrive, Chris was Chief Sales Officer at ServiceChannel, where his leadership led to nine consecutive quarters of record growth, culminating in a $1.2 billion acquisition by Fortive. Chris is the recipient of two Stevie Awards, for sales leader of the year and sales team of the year. Prior to Thrive Global and ServiceNow, Chris held leadership positions at ServiceNow, Cisco, Avaya and Servion Global. Chris also served as an officer in the United States Air Force. He lives in Arizona with his wife, Joey, and has two children.
