I kicked off a 30-day challenge to post daily one minute video tips to help inspire others whether it be in their life or business. The challenge so far has been incredible, the tips are powerful, moving and sometimes just the message you need to hear. For some this is the very first time they’re putting themselves out there, and it’s frightening and for others it’s the first time they’re doing videos of themselves.

There has also been a lot of fear popping up. Fear around being seen and heard. Fear of judgement, fear of failure, fear of embarrassment. When I saw these fears coming up, I decided to make a video talking about something that is very uncomfortable to me and used to trigger a ton of shame. So I thought I’d take it one step further and share with you guys as well. Especially if you’re in a place in your life where you fear moving forward because of what you’ve experienced in the past. You can view the video below.

As each video gets posted you can see the anxiety of others start to drop down a few notches. They realize they’re not the only ones that don’t have fancy video equipment or skills to produce beautifully crafted videos. What they see is real people giving real value and showing up as they are.

I decided to choose videos from my challenge that inspired me, and this one is from a guy named Jack Jacobs you can follow him on periscope __jusstjack__. This challenge is about sharing what’s on your heart, showing up as you are and not getting caught up in the details. I’ll be sharing more of these videos so be sure to follow me on Facebook. If you’re feeling inspired to join the challenge, just go for it! Post one minute videos sharing a tip that can help someone else, hash tag it #TribeVibes and post it to my Facebook page here and you can also join my FREE Facebook group where a lot of the action is happening here. You will find a community of wonderfully inspiring, and brilliant people that are making a difference in the world.
