Your Body Has Always Loved You.

Which is why you are still here. Because your body has never stopped working for you.

Sometimes, we get so obsessed about how our bodies look that we forget about everything our bodies do.

Because our bodies have always been here for us. Because we are still here. You are still here too.

Think about that. No matter what you have done to your body, it is still supporting you. No matter what you think about your body, it is still working for you. Because no matter what, your body is here for you too.

Breathing. Healing. Working for you.

So you can be here. And continue to experience everything you have always wanted to experience too.

You can stop fighting against your body. And start loving your body too.

Because this is all your body has ever wanted you to do. Be here. So you can see how your body has always been here for you too.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
