You have one life: live inspired to be you, for you and beyond you.

Be YOU! Don’t compare yourself to anyone else and make this life YOUR journey. Jump in and decide to “do”. Live inspired. Create YOU and what YOU want. Empower others. • Be YOU! Don’t compare yourself to anyone else and make this life YOUR journey. Jump in and decide to “do”. Live inspired. Create YOU and what YOU want.
  • Empower others. Meet them where they are and ask what they need from you and|or what their goals are to support and encourage them on their path.
  • Inspire with your actions, not your words. Actions always speak the loudest.
  • Remember that this life is a TEAM journey. Change your perspective from “me” to “we”. You are  a part of something bigger than you.
  • Celebrate ALL successes no matter how small. They ALL add up to something big.  The little things are the big things.
  • Be FLEXIBLE. Life happens. Busy is relative. Everyone has struggles and “stuff”. There are always going to be uncontrollable and unforeseen variables.
  • Start and end your day with something positive and a heart full of gratitude. The world needs more positive vibes and love. [Random acts of kindness are my favorite] Take the time to give someone a compliment. Smile. Pay for someone’s coffee. Give back. Love animals. Hug people.
  • Energy is REAL. It is transferrable. Share your “why” with everyone you meet. Positivity, honesty and leading from the heart ARE infectious. People are watching.
  • Share your mission to help people and provide solutions: one simple solution at a time equals true long-term change.
  • Say “yes” and figure out the “how to” later. You already have the answers you need. Live for the now. You are your own problem and your own solution.
  • It is not going to be easy, but it will be worth it. The right thing is never easy, but it is the right thing. Follow your heart. Smile through the “I can’t do this, this is hard, why am I doing with my life, I have a headache, the dog threw up on the rug, I am a terrible mother, I do not have time to make dinner, no one understands me, I feel like a failure” kind of days. You can do anything. One day at a time.
  • Don’t quit on a bad day. Tomorrow is a new day to begin again. If you still want to quit, do it with a clear mind and a plan to move forward in a different direction.
  • You are AWESOME exactly where you are today. Own it.
  • Set your goals. Focus daily. Be intentional. Make the time to be organized to the best of your ability and plan. It will make the uncontrollable variables much easier to handle.
  • Engage with others who share your energy and vibration. They are there to help support you and celebrate you. Embrace it.
  • Build community and heart centered connections. It is full of support to keep you moving and keep your focus. Pour into others and take the time to get to truly know people and their story. [Make eye contact and ask them “how are you?” and genuinely wait for a response] People to people and heart to heart interaction will never go out of style.
  • Remember that someone’s reaction to you, is not about you. Love more.
  • Only you have what you have to offer on this planet. Do not wait. Tomorrow is not a guarantee.
  • Own your time. Choose to say “no” if it is not a “hell yes”.  The right people will understand and the people who don’t will move on.
  • Follow the heartbeat of a tree. Get grounded. Connect with nature. Breathe in balance.
  • Live your own why. Own your style. Be your own brand. Authenticity is contagious.
  • Do it differently. Choose to be the change. You are the ripple effect.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
