Regan believes that it’s possible to live a truly abundant life and have it all if we agree to abandon a limiting mindset and instead choose beliefs that attract abundance. She has proven this idea many times by having trained thousands of people, helping them build successful businesses using powerful mindset changing tools and sophisticated business development strategies.

Thank you so much for doing this with us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

I was studying to become an architect. Not a worse career choice, you’d say. But the fact is while going to classes, studying and preparing for a life as an architect, I never really took a moment to imagine how this like would really look like for me. What would it feel like. All changed in just one day.

I remember I was in a class when one of the lectures asked us to visualize our future as architects in 20 years. It was meant to be an inspiring exercise. However the life I saw looked to me like the worst life ever. It was then that I decided that I really didn’t want to do that. Yes, immediately I got out of the class. I decided that I was going to figure out WHY am I here and how do I create a life that I love and that’s how my journey of concisely educating myself in personal growth has started.

What does it mean for you to live “on purpose”? Can you explain? How can one achieve that?

To me, living on purpose is living in alignment with your soul. I believe that every single person is on this planet for a reason. We were put here to do something unique and special. One can ask what is that by tuning into their soul and asking themselves what their greater purpose is and then choosing to show up for that and live that purpose each and every single day.

Do you have an example or story in your own life of how your pain helped to guide you to finding your life’s purpose?

The story of my own life of how the pain helped to guide me through finding my life purpose. Yes, it started when I was in university and I was studying to become an architect and I went to the visualization. It was so painful for me picturing what my life would be like if I didn’t discover my purpose and became so painful that it caused me, basically, into looking at other options and trying to figure out why was meant to do on this planet.

The United States is currently rated at #18 in the World Happiness Report. Can you share a few reasons why you think the ranking is so low?

I believe the ranking is so low because of how many people have disconnected from their purpose. They are living a life driven by obligations. They’re living a life out of other people’s projections and expectations instead of actually trusting into themselves and going deeper into their purpose.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

I get to contribute more to causes and support people that I care about. I donate a certain percentage of my income to non-profits. One example being the Pencils of Promise foundation and others that are really making a greater impact in the world. Apart from that, I’m using my success to inspire other people to live deeper into their purpose.

What are your 6 strategies to help you face your day with exuberance, “Joie De Vivre” and a “ravenous thirst for life”? Can you please give a story or example for each?

1. Vision

First thing I do to start my day right is tuning into my vision. I remind myself what am I here to create and get emotionally and energetically aligned with my purpose.

2. Think beyond the vision

Next, I expand my capacity to receive. So, I’m asking myself what lies beyond my vision. I’m tapping into the next deeper layer of my purpose.

3. Face and release the blocks

After connecting with the vision, I take a look at what’s blocking or stopping me from achieving that. You gotta face your limitations to be able to release them. I release any resistance, any fears, self-sabotaging thoughts doubts or ideas, that I find standing in my way.

4. Invision the ideal-self

The next thing that I do is I look at who do I need to become to truly embody that vision. I imagine this version of myself down to tiny details: how does that version of me walks, talks, acts and thinks. How does it show up in the world?

5. Raising the vibration

Once I have a clear picture locking in my mind, I need to make sure to be vibrating at the same high level of frequencies as this image. I alter my vibration, raising them to the level of that of being I’ve envisioned. In life, we don’t receive something because of what we do, but rather because of who we are, who we choose to be.

6 Take action

The final step is to take actions which are aligned with the vision and that allows me to live my purpose in a greater way.

Do you have any favorite books, podcasts, or resources that most inspired you to live with a thirst for life?

One of my favorite authors that inspired me was Lisa Nichols. There are a lot of her materials available on her YouTube channel. She was the one that ignited a deep sense of purpose in me.

Can you please give us your favorite “Life Lesson Quote” that relates to having a Joie De Vivre? Can you share how that was relevant to you in your life?

My favorite lesson would be “Just do it”. Often your purpose is something big or scary, often when choosing a life of passion and purpose you don’t know how it’s going to happen, I love the quote “Just do it”. You always can choose to just do it: just commit to it, just make it happen.

Are you working on any exciting new projects now? How do you think that will help people?

The “Abundance Codes” book is coming out this year. The book contains 52 powerful self-development practices. It was born through years of deep work, developing skills and methods. Even my partner and co-author and I were each working on our own books and were both initially resistant to creating a book together, we couldn’t ignore the niggling message that we were receiving. I’m really excited about this project because I can already see how these knowledge is helping people unlock abundance in every area of their life. It gives people tangible tools to unlock abundance. It’s going to be a powerful and transformative experience for anyone who decides to read it.

You are a person of great influence. If you could inspire a movement that would bring the most amount of good to the most amount of people, what would that be? You never know what your idea can trigger. 🙂

I’m on a mission to let people know they can have it all, to inspire them. Many people believe they have to make a choice, they have to trade a success in one area of their life for coming last in another. I believe you can really have it all. It takes a shift of mindset and this is a movement I’ve already dedicated myself too. One can really have it all only when they’re deeply connected to their purpose. Then they get to create a life on their terms, a life that they love.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
