You Already Are.

You already are you.

You already are ready. You simply learned to think you need to wait.

You already are ready. You simply learned to think you need to wait.

You already are capable. You simply learned to think you can’t.

You already are enough. You simply learned to think you need to be more.

You already are provided for. You simply learned to think you need more.

Because you already are you. And anything is possible for you too.

You simply learned to think about you. Rather than do the one thing you already know how to do. Be who you are. The only you there is. The only you there will ever be.

It is simply a habit you learned to do to you. Think about you. Rather than be you. Which is why you get stuck in your own head. Because this is how you see you now. As a self. An image. A thought about you.

Which means you can also learn how to return. Return to who you are. By returning here. To see how you already are too.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
