  1. Gluten-free Diet:

Experts suggest that gluten has got nothing to do with the weight loss. While avoiding gluten is definitely essential for those with gluten sensitivity, celiac disease, and gluten intolerance. Going gluten-free doesn’t help in shedding flab. Gluten is majorly found in wheat, rye, and barley.

A recent study found that many people with celiac disease who followed a gluten-free diet for the first time ended up gaining weight because their bodies were able to absorb the calories and nutrients properly. Along with this, gluten-free junk is also known to induce weight gain. Because gluten content must be replaced with something, gluten-free treats are high on sugar and preservatives and tend to be higher in calories. These are also unhealthier.

Hence, a Gluten-free diet is a very ineffective weight loss diet plan
