“Work-Life balance”-this sentence sounds like “Are we doing life less work and building a life less company?, Is that the reason we want to balance it somehow on the name of culture and trying to include more life to work?

I think we should stop saying we have an awesome “Work Culture”, instead how about if we can say this-“We have an awesome “Life Culture” in which our employees get an opportunity to become very successful in achieving their life goals along with work goals and these awesome souls make our company and customers successful”.

Companies must create a culture that must enhance employees life experiences by providing opportunities to achieve their life goals too along with career goals. This should be the hot selling point and competitive advantage as an employer brand for your company than stocks, salary or free food. Very few companies in-fact concentrate on employees life or personal goals, many founders and CEO’s are busy in building great products, revenues and other tasks to survive, hence companies that wish to stand in the market to be a role model have this opportunity still to implement it.

Investing on creating a great culture with full of life is the only solution to stand unique in the market in the long run as a best employer.
