Wisdom on how to deal with tough circumstances, spiritually.

What are your Perspectives ?

During my sabbatical in 2014, I was conversations with a wise person on how to deal with tough circumstances. And this was the wisdom that my friend shared with me.

1-You are not the DOER , consider yourself as an instrument . You are not bearer of the consequences too.

2-You cannot change everything or anyone, it’s upto them to incorporate change.

3-Whatever your soul has destined for your journey it will happen – even your choice , your free will is also destined.

4-Accept what you cannot change.Have no guilt, it’s not your fault.

5-Try to be aware & conscious of your internal processes and triggers at all times.

6-Show compassion to old people. The same will be done unto you.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
