During my sabbatical in 2014, I was conversations with a wise person on how to deal with tough circumstances. And this was the wisdom that my friend shared with me.

-You are not the DOER , consider yourself as an instrument . You are not bearer of the consequences too.

-You cannot change everything or anyone, it’s upto them to incorporate change.

-Whatever your soul has destined for your journey it will happen – even your choice , your free will is also destined.

-Accept what you cannot change.Have no guilt, it’s not your fault.

-Try to be aware & conscious of your internal processes and triggers at all times.

-Show compassion to old people. The same will be done unto you.
