Why you have more Time than you think.

And how to start enjoying the Time of your life.

You know the feeling.

A to-do list that never gets done.

A phone call that throws off your entire day.

Yet another text.

So every day, you feel you are falling behind.

Every day, you feel you can never catch up.

And the reason why is because you learned to think about Time.

Yet Time is not a Thought.

Time is not a thought.

Time just is.

Which is why Time passes at the same time for all of us.

No matter what you think, every day ends at midnight.

Every day begins at midnight.

No matter what you think, every minute has 60 seconds.

Every hour has 60 minutes.

And no matter what you think, you have more Time than you think.

Because Time just is.

It is a thought that makes you think you never have enough Time.

So you lose sight of how much time you actually have.

Because you no longer have a sense of Time.

You no longer have a sense of your own time.

Because what you have is a thought.

A thought about Time.

And when you think about Time, this is what you are doing.

Rather than getting things done.

Which is why nothing gets done.

Because rather than getting it done, what you are doing is thinking.

Thinking about Time.

Thinking about how much you have to do.

Thinking about how much time it will take.

Thinking about how you wish you could be doing anything else.

Well, you can.

Because the Time you spend thinking can also be spent getting it done.

So you have Time to do everything you want to do too.

Because when your mind is focused on what you are doing, it is no longer thinking.

It is focused.

Focused on what you need to do.

Focused on what needs to get done.

And as you continue to get it done, something starts to happen.

You begin to enjoy your time too.

Because you are no longer in a thought.

Which is why you have more Time than you think.

Because you begin to see Time as it is.

To enjoy the passing of Time too.

Because you never know how much Time you have.

Which is why Time passes at the same time for all of us.

To serve as a daily reminder to make the most of our time here.

To serve as a daily reminder to always take time to simply be here too.

To enjoy your time doing what you are doing.

To understand how your time can spent enjoying whatever it is you are doing too.

So even the mundane tasks become magical.

From washing the dishes to taking out the garbage.

From making lunches to taking the bus home.

Because you understand how precious Time is.

You understand how precious your time is too.

To take a moment.

Just one moment.

One Moment of Time.

One moment of your time.

To simply enjoy being.

Being still.

Being silent.

Being here.

To enjoy the Time in your life too.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
