And what gives her energy!

What’s the first thing you do when you get out of bed?

The first thing I do when I get out of bed is make a cup of coffee.

I get energy from working out and putting a deal together!

What’s your secret life hack?

Make your own rules!

Name a book that changed your life.

A book that changed my life is The Prophet written by Kahlil Gibran.

Tell us about your relationship with your phone. Does it sleep with you?

Yes it does!

How do you deal with email?

I generally respond immediately to urgent ones. Ones that are not urgent, I will respond to them late at night.

You unexpectedly find 15 minutes in your day, what do you do with it?

When I unexpectedly find fifteen minutes in my day, I have a cup of coffee, and look over my schedule and do some planning.

When was the last time you felt burned out and why?

When I got sick. I had a bad flu and I was very sick. I was working a lot and the weather was gloomy.

When was the last time you felt you failed and how did you overcome it?

I make a lot of decisions, but not all of them work. When this happens, then I look at reality and figure out another way to get it done. I simply take a deep breath, and figure out how to accomplish what I am trying to do. I never look at failures.
