You probably know you have a conscious and the subconscious mind. The mind has more impact on us than we can imagine and understand. A lot of things that we do on a daily base, we do without thinking about it, and we cannot even control it. However, we can get control over our mind, but this is with training and dedication.

The conscious mind is our awareness. We are aware of something on the outside as well as some specific mental functions happening inside our body.

Our subconscious mind is powerful and makes us do things that we sometimes do not understand and do not want to do. Our subconscious mind is our memory part. This part remembers everything! Even things you think you do not know anymore. This is why so many people under hypnoses do remember suddenly more things.

Your subconscious mind makes you feel emotionally and physically uncomfortable whenever you attempt to do anything new or different or to change any of your established patterns of behavior. Our subconscious mind knows our comfort-zone and keeps us in there. Whatever was put in your subconscious years ago stays there, and that is why you do and think about specific things in a particular way. It is not your fault, although you want to change it cannot be done, by thinking about it to not do it anymore. You need to re-train your mind.

Every time you want to learn something new or do something new, you back out or you feel it is too hard. This is because your mind is holding you back. The simplest things can be difficult because of that and may seem impossible. Your subconscious mind is the sharpest mind we have, so to do things we want to do but is new to us, means it will take time, and you will feel awkward, and it may feel stupid. This is all because you need to ¨train¨ your mind for a new comfort zone. If you want to grow, you will need to go out of your current comfort zone and create a new one.

This means that whatever is in your subconscious mind now you can feed with everything you want to be in there. If you are negative, this will have an impact on your whole life. To feed your subconscious mind with more positivity, you need to read positive affirmation or motivational quotes, daily! By focusing your thoughts on positive words, your subconscious will begin to implement a positive pattern in your way of thinking. If you do something every day to break your regular pattern, it will become a habit. It will be stored in your subconscious part of the mind.

The second step that is importing to help you get out of your comfort-zone is gaining more confidence. Believe in yourself and get more confidence by practicing, reading, or anything else that works for you. Steps could be cutting negative people out of your life or people that always bring you down, tell yourself daily how good you are. Look at all the effort you put into things and stay true to yourself. DO not compare yourself with someone who is already on another level, let those people motivate you!
