Mindfulness is the essential human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or confused by what’s going on nearby us.
Mindfulness means conserving a moment-by-moment awareness of our feelings, thoughts, bodily sensations, and the surrounding context, through a sensitive, nurturing lens.

How do I practice mindfulness?

Mindfulness helps us put some space between ourselves and our reactions, breaking down our conditioned responses. Here’s how to tune into mindfulness throughout the day.

Just download the app Headspace or Calm and start your journey to mindfulness today.
