What if we as Women just loved our Bodies?

A Journey to Body Positivity

I’ve been that person spending 4 hrs a day in the gym to be slim. Was I Happy? Yes temporarily until the endorphins wore off. It was taking over my life and i was no longer enjoying it, i was forming an unhealthy addiction to exercise. Then I changed my Mindset and way of thinking. 

What if we as Women just loved our bodies?

What if we did exercise for pleasure and to make our body feel good ?

What if we didn’t beat ourselves up for not being the ideal body weight?

What if we didn’t go to the gym and constantly make bargains with our brain that If we do this workout we can be good afterwards?

That we would fit into the dream dress.

That we would attract the perfect man.

Get that relationship, get that dream job.

What if we were truly at one and at peace with the body and divine vessel we lived in?

Would that just be too easy ?

It can be done.

Our body is amazing just as it is, it pumps blood through our veins, air through our lungs, information in our brain waves allows us to experience magnificent things in everyday moments.

Go outside, go into nature, find a quiet spot to relax and just be, just breathe in the moment. Be thankful to just be alive.
