Cherish every moment!

If you are going through a tough time, I hope my story will give you HOPE💗

Seven years ago today I underwent life-saving surgery. My mother had died 3 months earlier, and I had a long, challenging recovery and needless to say it was one of the most difficult times of my life! If someone had whispered in my ear and shown me a glimpse of my future self while I laid in my hospital bed fighting for my life, questioning why me, I would have told them they were crazy! Me meditating, me doing yoga, me finally writing a book, me having a radio show, me living near the beach, me being married to my best friend

And while these last years have been filled with tremendous joy, there have been other valleys too, but it taught me to cherish every day, every breath, take action and to DREAM big and to be so incredibly grateful for the people and furry friends who share their love and time with me!

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
