Fay Afghahi is the founder of KeraHealth; a wellness brand that helps individuals achieve their health and self-confidence goals.

In this article, we will learn the values and principles that Fay has applied in her life to help her overcome anxiety and achieve success as an entrepreneur.

Beating Anxiety

Anxiety is a feeling we all experience. As an entrepreneur, Fay experiences this too. She shares that anxiety shouldn’t be depicted as something impossible to handle.

The life she leads has made controlling anxiety seamless for her. Fay has worked her way around anxiety effectively by sticking to a lifestyle that is strictly governed by good health habits, which include; managing her sugar consumption, getting proper rest, and frequent visits to the gym.

All these habits have been proven to reduce stress levels and aid in overall work output significantly.

Drawing Inspiration

Where does Fay get her inspiration from?

Well, the ever-changing digital space is a constant driving force in her wheel, as the company is an e-commerce business. The excitement from working with doctors and formulators in the fabrication of new products is another source of motivation for Fay.

All these factors are incredibly crucial in her constant pursuit of excellence, but nothing drives her more than her family. Her family is her number one source of inspiration, and seeing her children grow up happy gives her all the motivation she needs.

Avoiding burnout

To deal with burnout, Fay adheres to an organized system that keeps her in check of what she needs to accomplish. She usually does this by creating a to-do list or creating a scale of preference for her task.

She also creates a daily routine and disregards any activity that would disturb her routine. She explains that having a great group of friends that have an in-depth understanding of your modus operandi can help out a lot. They understand when you have to get work done and when you have time to hang out.

Plans for future growth

Fay is planning two expansions to her wellness firm in the first quarter of 2020 and shares with us that this is something that would definitely transform the lives of her clients.

She strongly believes that it is imperative to be constantly in sync with the needs of the company’s clients and also to keep their ears up for the latest nutraceutical product she offers.

Word of motivation

Here are some words of advice from Fay for anyone just starting in life;

“I stand by the belief that anything that you make out time to do is worth doing to perfection.

You have to put in a hundred percent of your devotion into what you do because consistency yields the best results.”
