You can also suffer some kind of sleepless night if you have partner who snore and doesn’t allow you sleep. Sleeping beside a partner who make your sleeping inappropriate can be a big harm to the health.

#3: High stress: Toxic relationship often result to having a stressful moment when you are not happy in your relationship it’s natural for you to have a stressful feeling which will surely affect your health. By facing stress due to having a toxic relationship can cause a great harm to your health.

#4: Headache: People who are having a toxic relationship often face some form headache, having constant disagreement with the one person you love and adore can cause a great harm to one’s health and often people experience headache when their heart is not in a good order.

#5: Bad mood: A toxic relationship often put people in bad mood easily, as having bad mood is natural when the heart is not joyous about the current situation you are facing. Having a toxic relationship will surely have a great effect on your mood which is bad for your health.

#6: Depression: Often times people find themselves having a form of depression when they experience some form of heart pain which they are unable to overcome easily. When you experience a toxic relationship it might have a negative effect on your mood which can result to depression.

#7: High alcoholic consumption: In the situation when you are having a bad time due to having a toxic relationship it might lead to high consumption of alcoholic which might affect your health badly. Having a bad relationship can lead to drinking so as to overcome the bad feelings which will be harmful to the health.

#8: Heartache: A toxic relationship can also lead to heartache which is very bad for your heart. Having a constant heartache as a result of a bad relationship might lead to several kind of illness which is not good in any form.
