One thing is to be very successful in your business, another things is to add integrity and trust toward your work as it is one of the things that will add greatness into your work, working with a lot of integrity is what attract customer and well wisher to your job.

In the recent years people are all over the world doing their job to earn money and only the few who are able to add trust and a lot of integrity to their brands can really stand out, no one like to work with someone whom they are not sure about, that’s why sometimes you see people running to a particular organization regardless of how expensive it might be because they trust the brand fully, Yes we all do that, we want certainty regarding what we want to spend our money on, most especially in the days where people buy the things they need without leaving the comfort of their room of course it is the trust they have regarding the brand that made people get them selves fix up with every of their product.

Are you also a business person and you are somehow curious on how you can demonstrate ethics and integrity in your business? Here are few ways:

Trust in selling: As a business person you need to learn that whatever it is you use to advertise your business is what need to be delivered, don’t advertise with a bold and clean television then put up a not so clean television for customer to come and buy, people tend to lose trust when they expect to come and get what they see in your advertisement and then you have something else on your sales display, that’s lost of trust and they might feel betrayed or disappointed.

Accounting practices: Be financial honest and be very transparent with your account, don’t sell high for A and sell low for B because they appear different from each other. Don’t inflate prices, try as much to be very transparent with your prices.

Integrity in management practices: Be very concern about your work integrity, make sure your management practices the underlying foundation for your organizational integrity, never allow your business to have an unresolved services or product which can tarnish the integrity of your company.

Customer service integrity: Always ensure that your customer have the full after service enjoyment, don’t just sell to make money, rather endure that the product that they get from you really work for what they needed it for. Give your customer reason to make references, when you check back on the product sold to them, they will grantee you for their friends with good recommendation.

Personal integrity: Your personal integrity really matters when it comes to your business, ensure your customer are always satisfied, don’t make bad recommendation for them, as a business owner if you live a life full of integrity then you might never let it go because of the need to make money, having customer who trust you Is one of the key to a successful business, for instance let’s look into the life of  Tati Westbrook a famous Stylist who spoke about how she cross check product before recommending them to her fans, she has once stop advertising for a product because they gave her good product to test and they sold something else to her fans, till date fans are very sure of her product taste and when ever Tati make recommendation they are happy to follow.
