Everyone is so stressed out during this epidemic. We need to not be. We need to be nice and friendly to one other because that will not make the stress go away. We need to be with our families. Yes, I know that we are supposed to be social distancing ourselves but we can go to dinner at our parents house. Having a home cooked meal with family is one thing to not be so stressed out. We need our families more than ever now. Another way to not be stressed out is to talk to people who were your friends but aren’t anymore. Those people will forget the past and move on and we need our friends in a time like this. Another way to not be stressed out is getting fresh air by going on walks. By going on walks you get your mind off from anything. It’s important to exercise and what better way to do that then going on walks. It’s good to get fresh air. We need it. It’s good for our bodies both mentally and physically to go outside and take walks. Also, getting vitamin d is good for our moods. You can get vitamin d from the sun and it’s good for people to get it when they are stressed out. Another idea to not be stressed out is to watch Netflix and chill. Watching netflix is a great way to catch up on a tv show that you haven’t watched in forever or to enjoy a good laugh. It’s good to watch a comedy show or movie and laugh. Another idea is to read a book. They say reading a good book makes you calmer and it’s true. I love reading a good book. It makes me happier, calmer and reduces my stress. Another way to not get stressed out is to play with your pet or pet them. I have a cat and she makes me so calm and not stressed out and she keeps me company. All in all, these are ways that will help us to become less stressed out during this tough time.
