We are all born good, despite how we have been conditioned to be believe otherwise, this echoing in the mind of guilt and shame, disconnects us from reality. This fear and guilt energy create a false reality, your life is a blueprint of your mind, give your nervous system new priorities, forgive yourself, It has to start with you, the first step towards your healing path is to forgive yourself, and only then you can start to spread world peace.Those that have been able to make this mental shift, scientific research shows you may live longer.

To make mistakes is human, to forgive is divine! Guilt and shame are all forms of nonforgiveness caused by too much past and future, and not enough presence. Root yourself in the present moment, and start by forgiving yourself! forgiveness is visible, be the one that stimulates compassionate action, and start by forgiving yourself, become a genius in the art of living, and adopt a compassionate approach to life. its at that space between stimulus and response that you can change and become proactive instead of reactive and have compassion and kindness as part of your main vocabulary. Become a mental health activist and start by forgiving yourself!
