Up is up…

I have encountered many hills and mountains in my life…step after step, rung after rung and breath after breath.

I have encountered many hills and mountains in my life…step after step, rung after rung and breath after breath.

No matter how high, the climb is a blip on the other side…I choose to get up on the down stroke, giving thanks for the light of day.

Each plateau is a place to rest and prepare for the next as there is always another mountain, always another step, always another place to land and always another dream to realize.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
