In the stressful times of today, one must incorporate the 5-minute yoga flow in their lives to transform it completely. This kind of a routine if adopted helps you in calming and refocusing the mind. The body just wakes up and you get to kick-start your day. It is totally ideal for people who want something beneficial but will not take much of your time. You just have to spend as little as five minutes with the poses right after you have gotten off your bed. It goes without saying that these are not just quick to execute but are ideal too. Here are kinds of various Meditation Yoga which Keep You Physically and Mentally Fit. These are mentioned below.

1. Greeting the sun

As soon as you are awake this 5-minute yoga wake up has to be tried. You must go outside your house or while staying indoors open all the windows to let the natural light seep in. The side stretches have to be done with a standing backbend. With the arms raised straight up, you must inhale. Bending back has to be done to feel elongation in the entire body. The head and neck have to be relaxed while exhaling. Slow inhalation while deeply stretching the ribs must be repeated.

2. The tree pose

Before you start talking to anyone else at home it is important to strike up a conversation with your own self and this 5-minute standing yoga is beneficial. The intentions have to be set for the day. With hip feet distance apart the toes have to be spread widely so that you are planted firmly on the ground. The hands have to be brought to the center of the heart or hips. The foot has to be brought up and placed on the thigh. This helps in keeping the core engaged.

3. Forward Fold

You may have sat all day and before you sleep 5-minute yoga before bed can always be performed. Sedentary life often leads to problems and there is no better exercise than this. You just have to fold forward at the hip area and keep exhaling. The knees have to be bent while the chest must be brought towards the thighs. Head shall hang heavily with the neck being relaxed.

4. Cat-cow

Yoga can be both vigorous and relaxing if challenges are added. In this pose, the wrists have to be directly below shoulders with widespread fingers. Finger pads and the knuckle have to be felt so that weight is distributed on the hands and not the wrist. The pattern is more like inhaling into a cow and exhaling into a cat.

5. Down dog

In this, the toes have to be tucked down while the tailbone faces the sky. The head is dropped down and hands are pushed to create a spine length. The navel is drawn inwards the spine with the feet soles pressed towards the ground.

Five minutes to wealth

Health is the biggest wealth and when you are healthy only then can you be wealthy. Hence, take into account the suggestions and practice this mentioned meditation yoga to feel the difference.
