Team Work

Often, employees are supposed to work with dedication and cooperation to ensure uniformity within the organisation with a view to obtain efficiency and effectiveness in the ultimate performance. But sometimes personnel’s pay their attention on being competitive to move ahead from the one working at the same level of management. They make a lot endeavours to promote their work performance and to get position at a higher level of management thus instead of cooperating with other employees they try to affect their performance negatively.

Here are few of my personal experiences and lessons I have learned that I am heartily willing to share to make one of you who might be having a lot of frustration and disappointments feel self-dependent and motivated.

Improves work efficiency

While offering a task to the personnel, a rational choice should be given to them so as to ensure a right work is being offered to right person suiting to his skills. This should be in order to increase one’s work efficiency in his respective field of work. One if efficient fully in his work would be capable of doing the work that he is supposed to do on his own, meanwhile he would not have to ask anybody for help or seek for cooperation. Accomplishment of work with his own efforts and efficiency tent to bring success by means of appraisal and promotion to the respective member of staff.

Ensures self-dependency

As stated earlier, a rational choice i.e. Right work to right person may prove to be an influencer to ensure self-dependency. Such tasks could be done by his own efforts and skills so as to feel self-dependent and to avoid further disappointments as consequence of refusal by the existing staff.

Self Dependency plays a key role but sometimes leaves a negative impact, consequently forming competitions among the member of staff. This may cause disputes, moral pressure affecting overall performance and goodwill of the company. Mainly a complete self-dependency could be obtained while working with a non-cooperative team as poor experiences will end with the only option remaining with you and that’s try, try and try on your own. The more you try to do strange and new things the more productive and efficient you become.

Self confidence

Quite often it is seen when a particular project is completed and appreciated, the credit instead is given to the team members even if they have done nothing but are selected as member of team by board of directors. This may put down the confidence of the individual who’s idea was to be given due importance. In such a case instead of forming the team, one should be asked if he alone is capable of doing it and accordingly tasks should be offered so as to improve his self confidence by means of motivation and appreciation.


Personnel’s mind while working as competitor become more productive and innovative. Good and innovative ideas on a project are always appreciated and welcomed by the board of directors which could possibly be done by one whose attempts and focus stays more on work under consideration than merely on competition. Over of something and lack of it costs a lot. Thus keeping in mind the how the things are to be done i.e. either as a competition or with whole dedication one should act but, a right choice and adequacy of dedication and completion will lead to success.

Instead of seeking for cooperation do mind your capabilities. In certain cases if you’re facing much trouble because of your mates who have been appointed as your team members, do contact to the board of directors. In case the head office is situated too far from your locality writing letters would be the best way to express your views and problems. For that do refer which is the nearest post office locations so as to avoid delay in sending letters for seeking solutions of your problems.

Higher morale

Instead of timely appraisal and appreciation to the wholesome team the Head of the management should evaluate the performance of each member from the staff and his cooperation in the team. The poor contribution should be considered strictly within a team and the good work should be appreciated to improve the morale of the individual for even better performance.
