  1. Plank

It is one of the most popular exercises that you can do to include the whole of your body. This exercise helps you to tone your body and reduce belly fat. Not only that, but it also works on the core of your body. Along with them, your glutes, thigh, and back too get involved during this exercise. You need to lie down on your chest and then put your elbows beside your chest with arms extended forward. Now you have to keep your toes at a distance of 1 foot and push your body up with the help of your elbow and toe. Stay about 30 seconds to 1 minute in this position and do 10 reps of it daily.

  1. Push Up

This exercise has some similarities with the previous one. Here you need to place your palms in place of your elbow. Along with that, extend your legs towards the back and bring your body in a straight line. Now push your body up and then bring it down but maintain the straight line. Bring your body lower as much as you can but the nose or chest should not touch the ground. Continue the activity at least 10 times at a stretch. 10 reps per day of it will help.

  1. Burpees

If you have intended to shade some calories from your body, then you need to do this one. This exercise is a combination of spot jump, squat, and push-ups. Here you have to jump and squat and then throw your legs backward by resting your body on your hands.

  1. Indoor Cycling

Most fitness freaks like cycling to shade calories. From cycling, you will get the benefit of running too. Here your legs, thighs, gluts as well as belly muscles are involved. Cycling for an hour will definitely help you to lose weight as well as keep your body fit and fine.
