When it comes to health there is nothing better than mother nature and herbs are those blessings that mother nature provide us to keep us healthy and strong. Herbs are the foundation of Ayurveda and have been used for thousands of years to cure and strengthen health.
1. CILANTRO/ CORIANDER
Many try to exclude it from the diet due to a sharp smell and taste, and in vain. After all, coriander is a good source of compounds that strengthen the blood vessels. Studies of Malaysian scientists have shown that phenolic compounds in parsley help block cancer cells, and the presence of inulin improves metabolism. Also, micronutrients of parsley strengthen vessels, gums, help to feel satiety, help to overcome depression and perfectly restore strength. Are you sad? Eat stewed in cream butter mussels with the addition of a head of garlic and a handful of chopped parsley leaves.
Although sage has a very specific flavor and taste, it is not necessary to ignore it. You just need to know how to cook it. We vote for the addition of sage to the dough for biscuits, fruit smoothies, herbal tea and even when extinguishing the chicken or duck. So what are the magical properties of this seasoning?
