To people who deal with depression every day

A letter to those who deal with depression daily

your stronger than your Depression

To the people that have to deal with depression everyday- I am so sorry that you have to go through that struggle, day after day, month after month, year after year. I can’t imagine what that feels like for you. I want you all to know however bad it may get, however bad about yourself you may feel or want to give up… you’re here, you made it through another day! To make your mark on this world; big or small -no matter what it was- you did that! In spite of your depression; so be proud of that! I know I am and the fact that you didn’t give up! Remember you matter and you’re worth it; no matter what you tell yourself or what others may say about you. We all matter, don’t ever forget that and that you are loved by others around you for who you are and what you bring to their lives. Hold on to that always, take it day by day and hold on because life is worth living for something or someone! Sincerely- Someone Who Cares

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
