Thrive Global Launches Thrive Library of eCourses on LinkedIn Learning

Live a life filled with less stress, greater well-being, and enhanced productivity by learning how to make transformational changes.

Seventy percent of U.S. employees — and 96 percent of senior leaders — say they feel burned out. The numbers are similar the world over. And we actually know how to stop it — by changing the way we work and live. But ending the global epidemic of burnout and creating a thriving workplace culture is about more than raising awareness of the connection between well-being and productivity. It requires moving from knowing what to do to actually doing it — that means learning how to incorporate new habits into our daily lives. And that’s why I’m so excited to announce that, in partnership with LinkedIn Learning, Thrive Global will be launching a Thrive Library of eCourses designed to help you and your teams learn how to be healthier and more fulfilled while being more productive and creative both inside and outside of work.

And if we’re going to truly foster the personal and professional skills we need to thrive, LinkedIn is the place to do it. With 500 million members and enterprise customers, LinkedIn is the global hub for professional development. That’s why it’s also one of Thrive Global’s top referrers. Our content on LinkedIn Learning is resonating with LinkedIn’s audience as it is beginning to understand that, based on the latest science, you don’t have to burn out in order to succeed.

The LinkedIn Learning and Thrive Global program will consist of Thrive’s six eCourses being made immediately available to LinkedIn Learning subscribers, with at least six more launching in 2017.

All of the courses use scientifically proven methods to decrease stress and burnout and improve your overall productivity, health, happiness and well-being. In each lesson we tackle two steps — for a total of 12 steps (because we are all addicted to our current way of living and working!) — with practical tips and tools.

The course also features tracking tools that will help you monitor your progress, achieve your goals, and thrive. And all our steps and practices are based on the latest scientific findings. Guest teachers include Kobe Bryant, Wharton Professor Adam Grant, Warby Parker Co-Founder and Co-CEO Dave Gilboa, Harvard happiness expert Shawn Achor, and more.

The first six courses will be:

* Discovering Meditation and Sleep

* Learning How To Unplug and Recharge

* Setting Priorities and Letting Go

* Facing Challenges with Gratitude and Forgiveness

* Igniting Joy through Presence and Wonder

* Understanding The Link Between Giving and Success

And the following six eCourses will cover topics ranging from resilience to collaboration and connection.

This partnership is testament to the fact that more and more businesses are recognizing that the long-term heath of any company’s bottom-line depends on the well-being and resilience of its employees.

So I hope you’ll start today and begin learning how to be healthier and more productive — how to truly thrive in every part of your life.
