Finding ways to stay healthy and productive in a traditional office space can be difficult, what with the less-than-healthy snacks and loud co-workers, but a new desk from Autonomous plans to change that.

In a piece for Digital Trends, writer Kevin Parrish highlights Autonomous’ newest product: the SmartDesk 3. In addition to offering sitting or standing options, the motorized desk is controlled by a touch screen tablet that can order your lunch or groceries or even get your clothes dry cleaned. With a built in AI assistant, the SmartDesk 3 also syncs with your Google calendar and can remind you to stay hydrated and take short breaks throughout the day. Retail price for those perks? $549.

Though technology often distracts us from prioritizing our well-being, this is one example of how it could actually help us put ourselves first.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
