There Is Nothing To Worry About.

Because you can always choose to live in the Trust, the Understanding and the Love too.

The Thrive Global Community welcomes voices from many spheres. We publish pieces written by outside contributors with a wide range of opinions, which don’t necessarily reflect our own. Community stories are not commissioned by our editorial team, and though they are reviewed for adherence to our guidelines, they are submitted in their final form to our open platform. Life wants you to stop worrying.

Because Life has you. Which is why you were given Life. Why you are still here.

Because you always get to choose.

You can choose to stay in the Worry, the Doubt and the Fear. Or, you can choose to live in the Understanding, the Trust and the Love.

The Understanding that we all create our own realities. So why not choose to live in the Understanding. Rather than the Thought that makes you worry.

The Trust that everything is happening as it should. Rather than the Thought that makes you doubt this isn’t true for you too.

The Love that is always here. Rather than the Thought that makes you think you are no longer worthy or deserving of Love. You are. Which is why Love is always here. It is simply your own thought blocking you from feeling it too.

You always get to choose how you want to experience Life. Which is why there is nothing to worry about when you choose to live in the Understanding, the Trust and the Love.

Because you understand how everything has always been here for you too.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
