AM: I check my email every 2 hours throughout the day.

AM: I have too much of a relationship with my phone. No, I do not sleep with my phone.
TG: You unexpectedly find 15 minutes in your day, what do you do with it?
AM: I breath, relax or meditate if I unexpectedly find 15 minutes in my day.
TG: When was the last time you felt burned out and why?
AM: The last time I felt burned out was April 2, 2012.
TG: When was the last time you felt you failed and how did you overcome it?
AM: I have never felt like I have failed.
