Some time ago, I got to speak with Paul Tancredi, a digital marketing expert who’s made over $10 million in sales through facebook advertising. Paul also helps clients scale their business leveraging digital marketing channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google.

I asked him a few questions about himself, his journey as a successful digital marketer and advice on digital marketing, here’s our conversation;

1. Can you tell me a little about yourself and what you do?

My name is Paul Tancredi and I’m a Facebook advertising expert. To keep my backstory short, I got kicked out of college when I was a 19-year-old, slept on a couch for nine months and moved to Arizona with nothing but my car. I found solace when I surrounded myself with a group of digital marketers.

4 years into digital marketing, I now run a successful agency the helps clients scale their business by 10xing their results through paid advertising.

2. Apart from Facebook advertising what other activity piques your interest?

I am well versed in all advertising channels, Facebook and Instagram ads, Google and Youtube ads, etc. Apart from Facebook Advertising, I’m interested in personal branding, I’m collaborating with Jason capital soon – we plan to shoot a 45-minute video.

3. What values and principles do you attribute your success as a Facebook digital marketer?

Being able to build extraordinary relationships with the people you work with. This makes it easier to retain a client when a problem occurs with their ad account. It also makes it easier for the client to trust your ability without having doubt through the process.

4.what words of advice would you like to share with individuals or firms who want to do well at Facebook marketing?

Don’t be afraid to spend $1,000 and not break profit. At the end of the day, all you’re doing is buying data – and in today’s world, data is worth more than oil. With data, you can make the necessary optimizations/tweaks to every campaign to build large profit

5. What do you do in your leisure time/ hobbies?

I enjoy watching sports, hosting social events, reading, and working out.

6. What’s your favourite book?

This is a very difficult decision. Rich dad, poor dad got me started on my entrepreneurial journey, so I recommend that for everyone.

A book I’d like to read again is How to win friends and influence people.
