The Success Anatomy: Interview with Brand Influencer Teejay Ameen.

Content is King!

With over 700 posts on Instagram, Teejay Ameen is a man who follows the adage above closely.

By documenting his life and work process on Instagram, Teejay has given us a behind-the-scenes look of what it is like to be a brand influencer.

Speaking with Teejay the other day was insightful, We talked about himself, his brand and how he has been able to come this far. Here’s our conversation;

1. Can you tell me a little about yourself?

My name is Ameen Olatunji Yusuf and I’m popularly known as Teejay Ameen. I am a TV Presenter, brand influencer and actor.  I help businesses scale their brand and establish a strong online presence/ digital footprint.

2. As a Brand Influencer, how do you help your clients scale their brands?

I understand that is important to know a Brand’s core values, objectives and mission- Brands often do well when consumers know why the brand exists. With these in mind, I provide plausible and possible strategies for these brands.

Brands achieve success with my plans because it syncs well with their aims and objectives.

3. What values and principles do you abide by?

Integrity is a value I was taught by my father, and this is what I live by. I adhere to my morals and ethics strictly.

A basic life principle that has helped me to keep moving forward is ” I am my own limit”. Knowing this, I do not place limits on the things I want to achieve, I go all out.

4. What words of advice would you like to share with young influencers out there who want to make a name for themselves in the marketing world?

I feel we have underrated the power of documenting whatever we do, if you do not document and show your work to the world you can’t get close to a potential client.

Whatever you do, no matter how small it is, ensure that you document and put it out, make sure you are selling your brand at every opportunity and always move forward-don’t stop pushing.
