As many who is familiar with the internet will agree with me that cyber bullying is one of the bad effect, most especially if you are one the famous social media personalities, as it can seem more dangerous when you are one of the talk about on the internet, people seem to be very concern with each and everything you do, some will praise you and others will criticize you, it is one of the price you have to pay for being famous isn’t it?

Having to face bullies online can be a form of sadness as sometimes if you are not able to get hold of yourself in time it might eventually lead to depression which is another bad phrase of life. One of the best way to deal with cyber bullying is taking actions to bend the criticize which might also be a great way to stop the act one way or the other, when you are type who is famous on social media be ready to face bullies and of course there will be days when you will definitely enjoy being famous isn’t? Are you curious about the physiological effect of cyber bullying? Here are few psychological effect you might need to know:

Lowered self esteem: Having a large amount of people who dislikes you might trigger a sense of low self esteem in you, you might feel unloved and feel there is something other have and you don’t, in most cases we have seen people suffer from a high rate of low self esteem because of their experience from cyber bulling which has created more harm than good in the way they see themselves.

Increased emotional distress: Having to experience cyber bulling can of course increase anger, frustrations and sadness in the act of it victim, people who suffer from cyber bulling are often not the happy type and most cases they try to pass their aggressions on little thing, they find it hard to see why people have a negative point of view about them. In the process of trying hard to be the person that is loved by the world they might eventually lose their personal identity.

Isolation and withdrawal: Being a victim of cyber bulling might start making you believe that the point of view of people about you are true which can make you feel isolated and start detaching from family and friends. They might start feeling that they are not love and the little people who try to show them love they might feel it is just them having pity on them which often make them feel isolated and often withdraw from people around them.

Indulging in harmful habit: Often times majority of people who have suffered from cyber bulling often result to taking a hard drug to ease their pain and the moment pain from their fans which can be very harmful to their health, sometimes they do crazy stuff just because they feel sad.

Cyber bulling has been a major thing of the internet of recent, people tend to see fault in everything you do because you life is out their for them to see, and the only way to stop this act is just by taking more lawful actions, we have seen celebrities kid like Alabama Barker who got bullied online for the choose of her look and her mother took the necessary action by suing the person, this is one way to put an end to cyber bully.
