Over 50 percent of workforce agrees natural light and view of the outdoors is the most important office perk, ranking higher than fitness centers, child care, medical care, and on-site cafeterias. This was found in a survey of 1,614 employees, according to a  recent study by Future Workplace and View Dynamic Glass.
