Marshall himself, can attest to the acquisition and to the synergistic alignment of fellow thought and servant leaders being pivotal, while also knowing this to be crucial to ones own inner circle for honing achieved clarity and true self-mastery. To be the best at whatever it is we do or strive to do…one must align themselves with those who hold the same vision, those who subscribe to the same values, those who are committed to incorporating and implementing all which is essential for the purpose of authentically showing up for self – hence, authentically showing up for others! No coincidence to Marshall and Chris joining synergistic forces, which has proven to be a win win for those whose lives they have mutually continued to enrich, to enhance, to flourish and to take vertical both personally and professionally, and all as a primary result of their unified vision! Work Hard – Succeed – And Then Give Back!
Chris is a true gem of a human being, and there are countless others who would and who do, echo my sentiments regardless of the capacity they have come to know him. He is a giver. He is a doer. He is a believer. He has an innate gift in seeing far greater potential in people than they fully recognize or acknowledge within themselves. He works alongside successful people and makes them exponentially more successful. He knows how to work out the kinks and the bugs in peoples subconscious minds by delving deep into exposing and bringing to the surface, the non-serving and counter-intuitive nonsense that shows up as blockages and impediments. Chris is masterful in his knowingness of posing the tough, yet, very key questions, so as to confront and dispel the safeguards and the comfort zones of others, which still limits or hinders their true greatness!
Chris has used his honed skill of debating to critically and to articulately dissect the core truths, which lie submerged within others story-telling. The stories that need to be re-written, redefined, re-clarified, re-told, re-shared, and re-implemented. Chris is beyond gifted in his innate ability to excise the lingering ‘averageness’ out of the already considered to be – the most successful of people. Chris takes great leaders and shows them how to become maverick leaders.
It is one thing to have your own incredible track record of proven and demonstrated successful results and outcomes – however, it is quite another track record altogether, when someone else’s results and outcomes shatters the glass ceiling as a result of being mentored and coached by a ‘Chris!’ Chris is only ever interested in attaining these specific types of monumental growth-surges, and redefining moments for each of his clients. This is the standard for what a high-level executive coach expects and demands of themselves before conceivably expecting and demanding the very same of ones own clientele. It does not get more matter of fact or brass tacks than this.
