18.3/4 small thinly sliced avocado

19.1/4 cup black beans, 20. Turkey Sausage

21. 2 Eggs 22.1 cup plain yogurt

23. 2 Tbsp peanut butter

24.sliced strawberries

25.unsweetened coconut flakes.

26.3-egg omelet with 1/4 cup shredded cheddar

27.2 cups of baby spinach

28.1/2 avocado smashed into 1 thick slice of toasted whole-grain bread.

29.2 fried eggs

30.Turkey Sandwich on Whole Grain (Whole) with a banana.
