So your mind can simply be. So you can simply be too.
Simply be here. Being you.
Rest your mind. And your body too. As part of your daily life.
To stay balanced. To feel whole. To enjoy the rest of your life with the Understanding of how your mind can be your best friend too.
It is simply a thought that makes you think your mind is your worst enemy.
Because you are the master of your own mind. Your thoughts don’t master you.
Every thought is learned. Every single one.
Which means your mind can also learn a new daily practice. To understand what to do when a thought arrives. When your own thoughts arrive about you.
Thoughts that keep beating you up. Thoughts that keep tearing you down. Thoughts that keep doing it to you.
Which is why you are not a thought.
And you do it from the Understanding. Because when you understand, your mind is settled. So it can rest. And simply be.
So you can simply be too.
Because your mind can also receive the Understanding. The reason why. To make sense of Life. To make sense of your own life too.
And it begins from the Understanding of how Life just is. And you are just are. And what you are is enough. Which is why there is only one you. Because only you can do what only you can do. Be you. And you are here. You have always been here. Waiting patiently for you to return here too. From all the thoughts that made you think you needed to be someone or somewhere other than here. Being who you are. The only you there is. The only you there will ever be.
Your mind can receive this Understanding too. So your mind can also rest. So you can also rest too. Rest in the peace of knowing who you are. And how you have always mattered too.
