However, it is important to take care of your mental health as the pandemic spreads. Now that we have a lot of time on our hands, our use of social media has drastically increased. There is no doubt that this is a hard time but it can be taken as an opportunity to be grateful for so many things that we are blessed with. Now that our movement and liberty is restricted, we should focus on how blessed we are with all the things that we’re still able to do or which we have been taking for granted.
